Food Allergies

We are delighted to have you here to complete the E.P.I. Course on Food Allergy Safety. Our course is divided into three modules that fall under the acronym, EPI. Educate. Prevent. Inject. Within each module there are several lessons. There is also an Introduction Module and a Post Course Module. Please watch the video at the top of every lesson, which is followed by text that is optional for you to read, but a good review of the video content. These modules may be completed at your own pace. Each module is followed by several discussion questions that do not impact your final score for certification. All lessons must be completed in the order that they are given. The entire course should take no more than two hours to complete.

Before you start, we wanted to remind you of the requirements for becoming certified in Food Allergy Safety by Belay. The requirements are to complete all lessons in the order they are given, by doing the work on your own, and taking the Pre and Post Course Quizzes. Certification requires a 72% on the Post-Course Quiz.
